Bishop's Letter dated February 9, 1996

This letter is to introduce Dr. Michael Rozeluk and his wife, Helen Rozeluk, who are members in good standing of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Toronto.

Michael and Helen Rozeluk: Michael had a powerful and miraculous healing from a serious medical condition, twenty-two months ago, when he went on a pilgrimage in Garabandal. In gratitude the two have given their lives to the Lord as witnesses of the power of Jesus and Mary and they have developed a powerful ministry of spreading devotion to Our Blessed Mother. They welcome any opportunity to pray with individuals or to visit groups so that Our Lady's messages might be spread. They are under my direction, and have my permission and blessing for this work.

They speak about the rosary, the need to frequent the sacraments, with worthy confession and Holy Communion; and they present a documentary video on Garabandal with their personal testimony. They offer for veneration and prayer an icon medal of Our Lady. They work closely with Joey Lomangino and the workers of Our Lady of Mount Carmel (de Garabandal).
